Packing & Shipping Instructions
Receiving Guidelines
Packing and Shipping:
- Before shipping, select the corresponding product model, pack it properly, place it in the violin case along with the accessories, and then place the case in a cardboard box. Seal the box with specialized tape. Take photos and record videos of the entire process.
- Send a shipping email to the customer, including the tracking number, photos, and video.
- Wrap the violin in oil paper inside the case to prevent the varnish from sticking.
- Shipping violins during June, July, August, and September is generally not recommended due to high temperatures that may cause the varnish to melt. For violins with fully cured varnish, shipping can proceed with mutual agreement. Bows and other products are not affected by these seasonal restrictions.

- Step 3: Open the package and inspect the outer packaging of the product to ensure it is intact and undamaged.
- Step 4: Compare the item with the photos and video provided in the shipping email to confirm it matches the model you purchased. Check for any dents, damage, or defects in the product itself. Only use the product once you confirm there are no issues.
